Things To Consider
Fencing & County Code
In preparation for budgeting, you will want to keep in mind that the state of your current yard will have to change when installing a pool. Not only will you have to consider landscape repair to your grass and shrubs, but you will have to have a county code-compliant fence installed. Check your local county to ensure your property meets barrier codes.
Budgeting
Every pool is not built the same; however, every pool does have its price. Our custom pool contractors start around 90k for the smallest pools and spas. This base price doesn’t include our heated pools. This pool party waiting to happen could include:

If you want to add a spa to your pool package, you can expect an 18" raised spa 7’ circle or square with a gas line, heater, and automation to run $18,000.00. Customization add-ons, larger sizes, and more additions to your pool can be added on by your custom pool contractor.
Permits, Contracts & Regulations
All permitting, inspections, and HOA supporting documents are included when you build your pool with us. Just like with a home build, you can customize your pool to meet your needs including size and features. Written proposals are prepared by our custom pool contractors. Our proposals include consideration for property drainage, elevation challenges, dirt removal, and equipment placement. If you are interested in having your home inspected and evaluated for a pool or spa build, please call us at your earliest convenience. Our consultations are complimentary over the phone; however, to provide an accurate proposal requires an on-site evaluation. We suggest our $160 design fee. With this assessment, you can expect approximately 2 hours of on-site design planning and 4-6 hours of desk time 3D drawing to include a 3D view of your home and new pool project. This process includes the measure of your home, an evaluation of your site conditions, elevation shots, drainage evaluation, and pool placement. After the homework is complete, we assist you in creating a custom pool project that incorporates your lifestyle and entertainment needs, and finally we supply you with the 3D design. The $160 is credited back to you upon contract signing.
